This was our first visit here and I'm very impressed!! We were recommended to come try the house-made noodles, and they did not disappoint. I got the 5 Spice pork cut noodle with soup, and it was very flavorful. Not too salty, which can happen, and just enough spice to be enjoyable. My partner got the Spicy Chicken cut noodle and it was actually spicy - not "white" spicy. We also got the deep fried dumplings and spring rolls, both of which were clearly made in-house. Everything was exceptionally tasty and well cooked, and service was fast. The portions were big enough we ended up taking some of everything home. And all for a reasonable price. We'll definitely be back to try more of the fresh noodle dishes, as we could really taste the difference!

We ordered the pulled pork filled pancake (A1) to start - had a really good combination of crispy pancake and juicy delicious pulled pork. Next, we had the Braised Beef Noodle with soup (B5) - light and tasty soup; then the Spicy Shredded pork fried noodle (B17) which was brought to us by the robot! Fantastic experience overall

We (2 adults) ordered a few dishes to share for lunch. The portions were big, so we had lots of left overs! Always a win Dishes was served within 10 mins after order was placed, given we arrived around 2.30pm on a Sunday. A1. Chinese Pancake Stuffed with Pulled Pork 腊汁肉夹馍 - Pancake was crispy, and the pork was very juicy. A3. Cold Steamed Noodles with Garlic Sauce 凉皮 - To anyone who have never try any type of cold noodles (Korean cold noodles, delicious ), this will be a good dish to try. Savoury, vinegary, loads of flavor! B5. Braised Beef Noodle with Soup 红烧牛肉面 - We picked the "thick" noodle option, which was their in house made hand cut noodle. C1. Smashed Cucumbers Dressed in Garlic Sauce 蒜泥黄瓜 - A must try appetizer!! Crunchy, well seasoned and omg the garlic!! No vampires will be visiting you tonight! D3. Pan-Fried Dumplings (pork) 煎饺 - They are known for their noodles, but pleaseeee!! Give their dumplings a try!! In house made, filled with meat (we picked pork, but they also had beef as the other option), dough wrapper was thin, yet held all the soup in. Dipping sauce was tasty as well. S8. Stir Fried Sliced Pork 锅包肉 - another tasty dish, reminded me of Korean style sweet and sour pork. All you will need is a side of rice. Service was amazing! The nice lady server (owner?) was super friendly and helpful with any questions we had when we were ordering. Will also include pictures from my 1st visit few months prior. Dishes were also very good back then. S5. Sauteed Eggplant with Fish-Favoured Sauce 鱼香茄子 E9. Sweet & Sour Pork on Rice 咕咾肉盖饭 B17. Spicy Shredded Pork Fried Noodles 香辣肉丝炒面 E11. Sauteed Beef Strips with Black Pepper Sauce on Rice 黑椒牛柳盖饭 Great food, friendly service, good value. Give No1 Noodle House a try, you will not regret it! Support local! Thank you for a great meal. We had a great time.

One of our go-to stops when we come to the city. The service is always excellent, and the food is even better. The cucumber with garlic dressing is a must have, and we've never been let down by any of their noodle soups. We always leave with full bellies, and look forward to coming back!

Authentic Chinese food! Come here to try real Chinese cuisine, no fake stuff like chicken balls. Their entire menu is good. I recommend any of their noodles but their dumplings are so good too. Their appetizers are amazing.

We really liked this place it was very authentic. We tried the Chinese pancake with pulled pork which is one of the better ones we've had in Canada. It wasn't dry like many other places and tasted the most like in China. We also had the hot and sour seaweed which was also fantastic and a bit spicy. For the mains we both had the Shanxi noodles with minced pork sauce. The noodles were excellent and just like in Xian but the pork wasn't really minced like in other places but rather cut up in chunks. Still really good but I like the actual minced sauce better. Service was on the slower side but they were busy. They also use a delivery robot for the food so kids would probably really like that.

If you’re looking to try genuine and authentic Chinese food with dishes from a few regions of the country then this is a great pick. Ordered delivery of the Xian style knife cut noodles with shredded pork and the black bean beef on rice. Both were super good and tasty. The knife cut noodles were super fresh. The chili oil on the bottom (typical for that region’s noodles) was super smoky and aromatic. It was not numbing or spicy in my opinion. The best part was the noodles, knife cut and very wide. Make sure to mix well to coat everything in the chili oil. Next time I’d get a different topping on the noodles instead of pork. The black bean beef on rice was amazing. A Cantonese classic that I grew up eating. Well velveted beef strips and crunchy veggies with wok hei that you can’t recreate at home. Can’t go wrong! And eat in if you can but takeout is great too.
